ART HELP FOR HEROES
GALLERY DANA BAY

June 19-July 11

Rick Delanty

Rick J. Delanty draws and paints professionally with the same dedication to his craft that he applied to his 32-year career as a high school painting and drawing instructor in San Clemente, California. Recognized as an Educator of the Year by Otis College of Art and Design, Rick shared his love of life-long learning with student artists who are now recognized as masters in their own fields. He retired as an educator in 2006 to begin a full-time career as a professional artist. Currently Rick expresses his love of the outdoors in his art through exhibitions of his plein-air style landscapes in California galleries, commissioned works and national exhibitions. He paints in both oils outdoors and acrylics in the studio.
